VCS Vision is our brand of Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR). On larger sites or those that receive a large amount of traffic ANPR permits significant reductions in overheads while improving enforcement. Alongside this our automatic number plate recognition systems offer a host of statistical data that can be used for monitoring visitor rates, dwell times and more.

ANPR systems use specially adapted cameras to read vehicle registration data. This is used to calculate stay durations, which can then be compared with defined enforcement regulations.

The system can be utilised in a wide range of environments including maximum stay car parks, pay and display and even barrier control for secure areas.
