This is the first point of contact for many motorists and as such it is imperative that they receive an engaging and informed service. Our contact centre is able to answer general parking queries as well as giving information on site specifics. Motorists are also able to access appeal information and make payments.

All PCNs and permits are handled through ICPS, an industry-standard software used by councils that manages our data processing. Through ICPS we are able to bring together images, ticket information, registered keeper details and correspondence into easily searchable files. This in turn guarantees that appeals, PCNs and permit requests are dealt with in a timely and efficient manner.
